An 1759 Mexico 8 Reales of Ferdinand VI in very fine condition, struck at Mexico City during the height of Spanish colonial silver production. The obverse features the crowned arms shield flanked by value and initials, with the legend FERDND·VI·D·G·HISPAN·ET IND·REX and denomination MF 8 Reales.

The reverse displays the crowned hemispheres flanked by crowned pillars with the motto VTRAQUE VNUM and date 1759 Mo Mo. A classic pillar dollar type, this coin represents “both as one,” symbolising Spain and the New World, and remains a cornerstone of early global trade coinage with strong historical significance.
